Coordinator, Ticket Sales & Operations
The Ticket Sales & Operations Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of tournament operational planning for the HSBC Canada Sevens Men’s and Women’s tournaments. Focusing on ticket sales and operations, this role will be key in providing an exceptional experience to both fans and participating teams while ensuring operational delivery at or above HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series key performance indicator standards. The Coordinator will play a key role on the Tournament Operations team, while developing effective working relationships with staff, external stakeholders, volunteers, partners and suppliers.

Coordinator, Digital Media & Communications
The Digital Media & Communications Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of communications planning for the HSBC Canada Sevens Men’s and Women’s tournaments. Focusing in the digital environment, this role will be key in providing a public voice for the events while maintaining the appropriate back-end tools and analytics. The Coordinator will play a key role on the Tournament Communications team, while developing effective working relationships with staff, external stakeholders, volunteers, partners and suppliers.

Coordinator, Partner Engagement
The Partner Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of commercial planning for the HSBC Canada Sevens Men’s and Women’s tournaments. Focusing on partner engagement and servicing, this role will be key in maintaining a strong relationship between event partners and working staff in order to deliver on expectations and increase opportunities for renewal. The Coordinator will play a key role on the Tournament Commercial team, while developing effective working relationships with staff, external stakeholders, volunteers, partners and suppliers.
