Mullins was included in Canada’s senior Sevens squad last season but was not given his debut for the team until the Pan Am Games in July. The Belleville, Ontario man has yet to feature on the
World Sevens Series and will be looking to make that step up in the coming season. Mullins was, however, selected by head coach Liam Middleton in the 2015 World Club 7s at Thomond Park in
Limerick, Ireland.

Mullins also helped guide Queen’s to back-to-back OUA titles and represented Canada at the 2014 Junior World Rugby Trophy in Hong Kong.
